what oil for a es cos

sorry if repost, first oil change undergoing soon (since ive had it)

i was going to put silkolene pro s 10w50 in it,

any other recommendations, or better oil to use

previous owner reckons valvoline 5w50

either that or mobil motorsport/castrol RS

iv uesd castrol 10/60 good stuff only down side it it come in 4ltr where as the sikoline comes in 5ltr !!!!!!!!!!
