How fab, ace and cool?!
Motorbikes!!!!!!!
I just went on my brother's bike down the road and back. I haven't been a motorbike before ever and the last time I rode a push bike was when I was 19. He only has a 125cc and is doing his motorbike test next week.
I only went 20mph and into 2nd gear but I'm having trouble typing, what a rush! I want I want!!!
I need some pinot to calm down

It's a Honda NSR. It looks the nuts for what it is, looks proper compared to his last bike
I know it's only a 125 and there a lot more powerful bikes out there but just riding it a couple hundred yards and back for the very first time was great! I reckon I will end up getting one eventually.

Good luck to you mate. One of my mates bought a 125cc scooter to go up London on everyday, we all took the p*ss but he could'nt give a sh1t, he loves it

Me neither!
Just not too sure of the "sell the RST" part. I guess I would have to......
Andy - I wouldn't be buying an NSR, I'd use Paul's once he has bought a new bike which he is going to do soon after passing his test

i thouroughly agree! *if* you make the jump and swap to owning a bike as your only fast toy i bet you any money you like that you'll wonder why you "wasted" so much money on fast cars! guarantee you wont look back!
as for the second part...well...erm...when i could afford it i bought another shonky old ford but only because i could afford both. already the saff has cost money. the bike costs practically nothing and is a total weapon. Tax is cheap as fuck as is fuel and general running costs. 1st time insurance on a 600 is more than reasonable at roughly Ł4-500 tpft? depends on bike and situation obviously but i bet its cheaper than the car. after a couple of years NCB the bigger bikes are easy to insure as i found out
theres only so much telling you can be given but its only after you make the switch you'll know what i mean
chop
ps you thought a 125 was a rush?!
imagine what a gixxer 1000 is like from start and accelerating to just over 160mph!
that was my mates bike but tbh my 750 feels quick enough too

Tight cut down jean shorts and a tight white t-shirt aint a good idea Andy, no matter how pink your bike

Already got a lid, a nice subtle Arai, its my head on the front cover of the Eurothrash site, fluorescent flames with a tinted visor - any jacket I wear is well padded
Ooh pink bike now there's an idea, it would match my jumper

I couldnt even talk him out of buying brand new, I told him most folks drop they're first bike at some stage and it would be a shame to drop 6.5k of new bike, but he's one of these who wont buy ANYTHING second hand, its always got to be new
I keep considering it with how much cars are costing to run these days, not to mention the amount of room you need to properly DIY a car, drive/garage etc, which I dont have, where as a bike can be put on the back yard
