Default Horn not working

Hi The cars horn has stopped working & i need some ideas…
iv tested the switches in the steering wheel & when pressed they have power... then tested the wire going to the horn & its got no power so thought it may have been a fuse but after taking every fuse out they seem fine… so I need to know witch fuse if for the horn & any other action to take Cheers for your help

The reason they are making funny noises is because the horns are a pair, ie there is a high pitch and a low pitch, when one or the other fails, they will sound odd, they need to both be working at the same time as they need to be in "harmony"

clean the earths too, being exposed to the elements, its a common fault with any electrical item on a car.
