It's not the weight that's the problem with shipping something like this, it's the size and protection required. Would you trust Royal Mail Standard Parcel posting in bubble wrap?
PS I'm not the seller, I just know the problems of posting certain items and having buyers moan about the cost
Would rather not have one to be honest mate. I agree, a must, if your using it in wet weather and want to keep the engine bay clean. Although mine wont be seeing any wet weather at all.
Is this tray pretty rare then as all the cars ive seen havnt had one??
more like tuners/garages rip them off i think or struggle to refit so leave them off thats the usual tbh
Ain't that the truth The sheild is actually in two parts, he is selling the larger part. The sheilds are for not only protecting the engine from being dirty they are also to protect against damage and to aid cooling. (ads I had this convo with you on the FRST )
I was lucky enough to find both parts brand new
Main part:-
Front part below the rad and intercooler
Fitted
Just need the fooking upper stone deflector to complete my plastics
i have both parts on my car, i will be keeping mine, its designed to protect the cooling pipes at the bottom of the rad as well!! good piece of kit!! ford would not have wasted a single penny putting one on if it wasnt their for a reason
