was looking forward to this years TOTB,

but right at the last moment, my mate who was going with me has let me down,

and now has to work


my cars up steves getting some last minute changes,

so the plan is to pick it up from steve scotts saturday and drive up to york, camp over and then do the event, and drive back sunday night ready for work monday morning,

the trouble is the five plus hour drive back towing, by my self is not appealing!

even ended up with a spare ticket now,

if i had known this from the start i would have done ford fair instead,

perhaps when i get up there i may be a bit more up for it,

 

feel for you mate weve got a four hour drive its pretty boring on your jack jones people are such let downs never mind looks like weather is going to be good like last year

You have to see if your mods have improved the car, so TOTB is the only place you can have a direct comparison to last year .

i think what nomad means is that most of the spectators at totb will be into other marques, so that will be their attitude. whereas at ford fair, everyone is into fords and can appreciate this car for what it is

I'm quite looking forward to TOTB.

As for people not appreciating Fords, I drive Jap Crap and still love the cossie, people can appreciate good cars regardless of who they are made by, if they can't then they are too far up their own arses and not worth bothering about.

 

I would think ANYONE really into performance Fords will be at TOTB3, unless you want spares, have a show car or want to just mooch. Whatever floats your boat. I look forward to seeing your car at TOTB Martin
