Default Powder Coating Questions

I'm wanting to get my mountain bike painted as it's looking a bit tired.

Is it possible to get powder coating done in a metallic glossy finish?

All the stuff I've had done on the cossie has been an almost matt black finish

Cheers!

Neil.

Yep we sometimes specify silver as an option.

Dunno why yours come out matt looking, all our black or blue stuff comes back well glossy

Expect the price to be more, as it wont be a stocked colour and he will possibly have to order it in. He'll pass that cost of a full bag onto you as he wont get many more requests like it I guess.

Croft.... who knows ? I took the car last year as always, but only did 6 laps with Sticker Paul. The rest of the time it was being driven by friends, service crew, or anyone who jumped in and pressed the buttons in the correct order

I hope it will be the same this year too yes

(Well the above is a bit tongue in cheek.... I only let people drive it if they had been to the briefing in the morning and had the correct coloured band on - somethings in life are worth risking... but that to me isn't one of them)

I've got my bmx frame powder coated royal candy blue. It will be good to show you what can be done. I'll try and get a picture of it tomorrow if it's sunny because you can only appreciate the candy finish in the sun.

Alright mate. I completely forgot about this last night when I posted but i've got some photo's of my mates custom beach cruiser thats been powder coated Candy Red with a metalflake in it as well. To be honest though the metalflake kind of ruins the candy. The red looks alot better without it. Anyway, see what you think. I didnt take any photos of my bmx today as I havent ridden it for months and got it out and it's filthy

Anywho, enjoy!

I've got another mate who's got his bmx that colour but without the metalflake and it's more of a blood red, it's alot deeper. Looks awesome. Hope that's some help

If you want full size images so you can check it out properly just pm me your email and i'll send you the full size ones
