Default S2 bodystyling/modification ideas wanted....

Do I keep it standard?

I thought about dropping it a bit as standard looks high, especially if i'm keeping std wheels.

DO I keep std wheels? Perhaps get them diamond-cut? Perhaps a different colour?

Would like to get a 90spec spoiler as these look a lot better IMHO?

No mention on the exhaust please, that is being sorted.

NO chrome is going under the bonnet this time, maybe just get some black samco's.

88 spec bumper? Do I replace with a 90 spec one, or get the front of the bumper cut out and meshed ready for a mahoosive cooler (done properly).

Do I go for big power or just sensible mods (filter chip 12psi) ?

Ideas/etc greatfully recieved

thanks peeps

leave it as it is and you dont need to cut the bumper to fit a grs either i never (well Karl never)

Looks a nice clean one Stu

IMHO
Leave it how it is body wise as it looks nice and genuine, get a nice Goose on it and go for a big power sleeper. either get your hands on a set of RS 7 spokes or as you say, get the standard rims diamond cut

drop it 30mm, 90 spec bumper and spoiler, diamond cut alloys, black inserts, clear side repeaters, clear fronts, smoked rear lights, job done

engine wise just go for a mild tune, maybe to 170-180, keep it reliable...

Hello Stu, have'nt seen you at an RS show/meet in ages!!

First easy mods are a set of koni's/spax and a set of -25mm springs, and then poly bush the front outer TCA's and anti-rollbar mounts.

Nest easy mod is chipped and a -31 actuator and around 12psi.

With this all done the car will handle and go a lot better and you can see how you feel from there.

Looks wise leave it all standard including wheels and just put a sensible exhaust, smoked rear lenses, clear front indicators and clear SQUARE side repeaters on there. (i.e. keep it clean but more modern!)
