Default Painting a rear bumper - advice

Going to 'try' and patch up a rear bumper for an ERST
Got a scratch on it and want it to come up quite nicely

What's the best way to do it?

Don't say bodyshop, cos thy'll want loads for it and it ain;t worth it for the amount of plaint they'd need

Mettalic is hard to match in james especially with a Can of spray. It wouldnt cost that much for the whole bumper doing at a bodyshop mate
