Default Harnesses and MOT's

if you got a E stamped, sparco four point harness....with the fixing catch in the middle and you turn the lever thing to release the harness (thats the best description i could give )

will these fail an MOT?

no they shudnt mate.. i wudnt worry.. best way of finking about it is road rally cars have 2 b fully road legal.. therefore harness fit into that
