Default tuning a 1.6 zetec help needed

what could be done after these mods
1.power boost valve
2.piper back box
3.air filter

or could i just drop a 1.8/2.0 is it a straight swap no loom change just ECU

i'll say it before anyone else does go with a 1.8/2.0 more chuneable and can get sh!t loads more power from them. most u'll eva get from a 1600 is around 130-60bhp mark and thats if u thro major major money at it i'm affriad

could you fit a zetec 1600 onto a 1800 bottom end??? like u do on the cvh's or wont it work?? just wondering.

there aint any point mate
The 1600 zetec valves are teeny,

A 2ltr zetec engine from a breakers are sooo easy to find,
and cheap too..

absolutely NO point in attempting to tune a 1.6 zetec.. the mods will cost you more than a 2l engine and you prob wont have as much power than that has as standard
