Hi all

Got car all sorted after head gasket hiccup. Still got one problem that you may be able to help with

Car runs fine on all boost up to about 1.55 BAR (above atmos). Anything above that, it missfires/ pops and farts.

Any ideas?

Currently running Stage 3 (greens, 3 bar map, bayjhoo chip, T35 turbo, RS500 intercooler)

could be something as simple as plugs and gaps! OR simply fueling! best bet pay some money out and save in the long run!

 

I am inclined to agree. Still the same ol' fuel pump. Thought about replacing it with higher flow rate pump.

As far as plugs are concerned, they aren't that old, and are gapped fairly agressively.

I may replace them as a matter of course, just to be sure.

Out of curiousity, what boost are you running with yours Alvyn?
