Morning Davey,

this is a hard one to answer and can miss lead people, as everyone is built differently.

As above but just for interest:

You

According to your height of 6' 3" your ideal healthy weight is 196 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 159 and 199 pounds.

Me

According to your height of 5' 8" your ideal healthy weight is 154 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 131 and 164 pounds.

I weigh 226lbs

Taken from

Take it with a pinch of salt Dave.

1) If you want to change the way you look then do it.
2) If you are fit and healthy (good heart and blood pressure), and you consume a good healthy diet then as far as I'm concerne the ideal weight thing is a load of cunt

None of us fit into the average mold and it basically keeps beardy chaps in white coats with clipbaords in jobs IMO

THey just weren't clever enough to become proper doctors

It doesnt really matter anyway. For example, Martin Johnson is, according to BMI and similar measurements, severely obese.
