Brother has got a Pro Card but has given up now, did a bit of training with him....hence my broken nose he hits far to hard! used to help him with the nutrition side of things, also a few of my mates box.
Are you amateur or pro mate, how long you been boxing?.

I used to do Boxing, used to love it, never had any amatur fights tho.
Really enjoyed the training until my car accident, i used to train 4 times a week 2 hours a day. Worked well for me then as i worked 4 on 4 off shifts.
Talking about Cage Fighting, one of the lads who trained me at some point used to Bare Knuckle fight, was quite good at it by all accounts, he was never easy on me when sparing

Never realised this section was here, I've been boxing for 3 years, not had a fight for 4 months though, some lads decided to break my ribs for me in Blackpool one night. Got back into training etc now though, just need to stick at it. Ribs are A1 now as well!
