whats a good routine to start with
hello peeps
wonder if anyone can help me out i want to start training at home, not massive just yet just gona go buy myself a set of weights and a bench that does legs and curls
im new to all this so please take into account i dont know any meanings lol
im 5ft 8" and i only weight 8 stone ive had a great loss in weight lately and carnt seem to put it back on, i also need to work out my diet aswell where would the best place to start to sort that out of what i should be eating and drinking,
i want to start getting fit again and start getting bigger so if anyone can help me id appriciate it alot

I'm going through the same at the moment with trying to put on weight.
Have a look at the sight below as I found it quite informative with regards to diets & work outs. I gave up smoking 4 odd months ago and I know that plays a big part but I've put on just under 2 stone in that time unfortunately it's not all muscle though

If you have lost a lot of weight id try and put a bit back on before you start training. You normally get some sort of exercise chart/programme with a weights bench so that will give you an idea on basic exercises to start you off. If your not into it and someone just wrote a programme without showing you then you wouldnt understand it. Might be better if you browse the net to see pictures of exercises and the proper names, then you will understand more.
