Suggested Diet for gaining weight/muscle!?
As above have just started rowing with my town and will train for it too.
What would be a good daily diet? Little and often?? Should I take protein supplements etc? Should you take a protein drink etc straight after or before training? How many calories is needed to gain weight??? I want to gain weight and muscle but not be a fat coont! By the way i'm 21 6 '5" and 93kgs , and i know i'm a lanky fooker! :cry: cheers! |
Check out the sticky thread, this shows you how to work out your calorie needs etc.
Rowing is pretty intensive. I had a pal who did a lot at Uni. He certainly took a protein powder to help his recovery. Paul. |
