I seem to be reading conflicting info about which is generally best for you..

Are you that easy Stu!!!!!

I am starting on brown pasta and rice. I have always know that white Rice is starched to that colour. I was told when I went to the gym that it's a great food to eat afterwards cause it doesn't stodge you out and it still has the grain in.

So brown is technically better for us, especially after the Gym, thats perfect cos i like Rice.

brown rice releases carbs slowly throughout the day where as white does it quicky.
