My fav bodybuilder
Not the prettiest shapwise, but he certainly knew how to train. Oh and 6 times Mr Olympia and British .
Dorian Yates - competed at around 260lbs and 5ft 10"
And about 300lbs in the off season

That 4th pic down looks like a big roast chicken
Other than that he is actually massive, i cant understand why anyone would want to be that big tbh. I bet he couldnt even sit in a car let alone pull a seatbelt on lol

i have seen recent photos of him and he looks skinny as
i know it was 10 years ago when he was on top of the world...
but its depressing to think after all that hard work, he is now 'skinny'
do you lose it rapidly ?

Incline dumbell = 8 x 50kg (i would go heavier(55's) but the next weight up in our gym is 60's and thats too big a jump)
Incline Barbell = 5 x 130-140 depending on how stong I feel.

Stu, your confusing the use of Dumbbells, both examples above are pressing for chest. Using dumbbells offers a different groove That is 47kg for each DB though.

Do you think i should move up some?
sometimes i push them all easily enough & other times i cant manage more than the first set before I have to drop back to 24kg

Sounds like you have off days, maybe due to lack of sleep or food that day. But iof you can manage 10 reps then I would try upping the weight so you can only do 6-8 reps, and then build back up to 10.

(a) you don't have the most amazing genetics ever. Dorian was the
strongest inmate during PT when he was in the jail.
(b) you need to train, eat and shoot gear 24/7 to get that big unfortunately.
Dorian's amazing, the new replacement I feel is Markus Ruhl :

Anyone seen the pics of Kevin Levrone now he's stopped jabbing and lifting? He looks like a normal person...just shows ya what happens when you stop doing all the drugs & protein.
