How often do you go to the Gym?
Stupid comming from me as I haven't been for three weeks now
Was supposed to go 3 times a week, managed it for a couple of months and will admit its made a huge difference to my stamina and strength.
Need to loose my gut thou, got a beer belly developing.
Anyone got any tips to get motevated again and whats the best wy to get rid of the gut?

my motivation for going is the lurvely rich women at my gym
how shallow is that
i usually go about 5 times a week, at least 4 on weights and one on CV or a game of squash
aint been for 6 weeks due to a shoulder injury but hoping to go back light in the next week or so

Right now for me its
Mon: Superset Chest and Shoulders
Tues: Bi's - abs
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Tri's - abs
Friday: Back and traps

2 or 3 times a week ...fuck the weights CV is where its at for me , usually do a 10k run on the treadmill followed by rower , stepper, bike etc , normally aim to burn around 1000 cals off per session

I do a combo. CV which usually consists of 10min on the treadmill, 20 min on the cross trainer, then 10min on the rower. Then I do all me weights. Then to cool down I swim for 20.
Usually spend about 2 hours there, maybe this is my problem.

Thing is I use the cardio as the warm up. The run on the mill and all that gets me heart working and the blood going round so I'm ready to do me weights.
