What are u aiming for and how u gonna do it

For me it's

Fuck loads of food

Very Heavey weights

Gonna try and smash it next year get as big as poss
Really push my self

Trying to get body fat levels below 15%, keeping my routine the same just cleaning up my diet a little and reduce alcohol intake...

Similar targets for me, get below 15% bf, try to stay around 14.5 st and eat as clean as poss
Time to start planning meals properly and not just raiding the cupboards!

Change my diet

Lose 2 stone (upto 15.8 now)

Buy a road bike and build up more miles as riding 70+ miles on a MTB is hard graft

don't you feel too big? My mate is 12.5 stone and would kick my arse due to how slow I am at my weight, I was 20 stone 10 and fat bastard, now 17 stone 12 after exams, if I could get in the 16s toned not muscular id be chuffed to bits. I bet your feckin huge

There are 2 by the snooker hall Westwood

There is iron body's and prime

Prime is the better as they have mma fight school and the gym bit is more bodybuilding orientated

Having dropped from 16.5 to 11st 10lbs my aim this year is to do three full triathlons and also the Etape Cymru http://www.etape-cymru.co.uk/

Also doing the London - brighton night ride for the McMillan nurses bt then also riding straight back to Sittingbourne so all in over 120 miles in one day.

75 is a nice distance, made sure as not to hit the wall today with a 90 miler, however this was on the MTB on big tyres lol..

Get back to where I was a couple of months back as it's all gone to shit lately. Got sick of it all so have taken some time off to heal and regain some enthusiasm. Sad thing is it's not there yet but I'm hoping getting back in the gym will spark it as will some nice changes.

Then after that get even bigger and slimmer.

I'm 17.10 as of this morning.

I want to be below 16 ideally.

I was 15.10 in may 2012

I'm 6 foot 2.
