Depression and working out?

Default Depression and working out?

I dont know if it can be called depression, maybe short term depression or something along those lines.

Iv smoked weed for ages and and tryed a type that iv never smoked before and it end up giving me a fucking bad trip lmfao, it has never happend beofre and iv been really really fucked in the past, it tasted really fucking rank as well worst iv ever tasted. It was as if everything that I felt was wrong in my life at this point in time was coming and i couldnt do anything about it ect ect and the next day i was still thinking about it.

So a few days after i was in the gym and after about 10 mins i was totaly fucked, felt sick, shaking and didnt really want to go on. After the workout i felt it was difficult to stand up, as if i contantly wanted to sit down.

My next session was not half as bad but still something along the same lines.

Would my rubbish sessions have something too do with the trip?

The feeling after the Gym session could be anything. Most probably related to what you ate the night before and on the day. As for the feeling after the weed, find a better dealer

What is it you smoke on the regular and what did you try?

It was that shit called big bang, after bonging it there didnt seem to be much of an effect then hit another one, was really strange. Think ill stick to my usual Ak and blue cheese lol

Yer dude leave the weed alone sounds like your on the cusp of maybe having panic attacks which can happen with prolonged use , I only say this as a few guys I know have had the same thing then had a full on attack and it aint nice !

This is somewhat obvious that you are getting this kind of feeling after workout but you need to think positive about your workout results so that you will feel motivated and energetic and also concentrate on your daily intake.
