From physical job to office jockey
Theres a job come up for me that is office based, at the moment my job is very physical, and with me not being the slightest of chaps it keeps me in half decent trim, the worry is the new job wont be a quarter as active so the waist may grow,
apart from starving and killing it at every opportunity (I exercise out of work 5 days a week) what else could i do to keep it trim,
At the moment it goes something like this
Mon - Rest day/maybe a 3 mile walk
Tues - 6 a side football for an hour
Weds - half hour gym circuit followed by 8 a side football for an hour
Thurs - Swim for an hour
Fri - Rest day
Sat - Swim or cycle followed by climbing
Sun - MTB then maybe a swim.

I guess you should just watch what your eating at lunch,
Out of interest what job are you going into?

Definetly try to keep active outside of work and eat decent at work.its surprising how fast it can go downhill if you ain't active and not eating good.ive noticed it more in my old man who works with the railway.was a track worker for years and nice and trim.now got a managers job at a desk and has an awfa gut on him.

Starving your self as u say will not be a good idea to loose weight
You will stop your metabolism
You need to eat small amounts of the right foods to keep the body working
Sounds wrong I know but true
Can you not take a few protein shakes to the new job
Chicken and rice in tubs is good and easy just prep the food the night before
Not saying u are but a lot of people over complicate something very easy and simple like diet
