trying to bulk up diet advise wanted please

I'm 27, 5ft 8 and weigh 72kg's. I train a different body part for 45 mins to an hour every weekday morning. Thing is i keep eating random crap and need to get some diet structure. The problem is i am a mechanic in a busy garage with not much time to eat through the day.

Anyone have any advise?

Thanks Danny

Hello mate I went from 10stone to 12.5 stone.

7.00 cereal and full fat milk or scrambled eggs

10.00 tea break- half post pasta and chicken what I cooked night before. Chicken is bought from tesco already cooked.

12.30- other half pot pasta

3.00- weight gain. I use my protein.co.uk stuff, cheap but excellent quality

6.00- dinner ie potatoes, veg meat

10.0- weight gain before bed

I also drink 2ltrs of flavoured water plus other drinks a day

And bit chocolate or crisps and fruit when I got spare minute.

The first couple weeks you will feel constantly full up and I'll but your body soon gets used to it. I felt a lot stronger as well eating well.

Also you can mix creatinee and glutamine with your weight gain shakes.

I train 3 times a week, anymore than that and I felt too worn out as I work 42 hours lifting heavy stuff up at work as well. 2 body parts a night
