Default My Big Weight Loss In Under 4 Month With MMA/Diet

Long story short, after years of doing no exercise, and piling weight on, just under 4 months ago, I decided enough was enough, and needed to sort myself. My two best mates both have done MMA for years, and have been telling me for ages, I need to go training with there coach, because he's brilliant, and I've always said I might, I might, well, after I decided enough was enough, I took the plunge, best thing I ever did. My starting weight almost 4 months ago was 19st 9lbs, yesterday, I weighed in at 16st 11lb, so basically, through doing MMA 3 times a week, changing my diet, and walking every day, I've lost pretty much 3 stone in under 4 months, still a couple of stone to go to the target of 5 stone loss I set myself at the start, but I'm over half way there, and feel a lot better/healthier

Now I'm not one for taking pictures of myself in mirrors, I'll leave to the teenage girls, but my MMA coach advised me to do it, to keep a picture diary of my weight loss, because he said knowing you have lost weight is good, but seeing it is better, so here's a pic of where I was at the start a few months back, and where I am today, I'm still a fat cunt, but a lot lesser of a fat cunt

Mate, I'm very fortunate that my MMA coach isn't just an MMA coach, he was in the marines when he left school, then he was a professional championship body builder, and his best freind who taught him MMA, is Ian Freeman of UFC fame, so his entire life has been dedicated to fitness, he's a dietician aswel, so basically, I just eat, and do what I'm told with regards to diet/training. My diet is pretty strict, but twice a week I'm allowed cheat meals, where basically I can eat what I want within reason, to shock my metabolism which apparently makes it worst faster, because 99% of the time, it's getting really good/healthy food, so the cheat meals shock my body. Fluids wise, all I drink is water and green tea, have a cup of green tea after every meal, as it's a good metabolism booster, the rest of the day I drink water. Now my diet isn't perfect, I could cut certain things, and make it super strict, but I don't need to, because it's pretty good anyway.

As far as cardio, it's MMA three times a week, once/twice a week my mate takes me on the pads to do boxing training, and I'm walking between two and five miles a day, depending if it's a training day, if I Havnt done MMA that day, or been on the pads, I'll go for two big walks, that adds up to around 5 miles, if it is an MMA/pads day, I'll do that walk once. I've just started jogging that route a couple of weeks ago, but I've had to go back to walking it, because I've f*cked my knee grappling at MMA, so it's sore at the minute, and jogging makes it flare up, and if I keep jogging on it while I'm still a big lad, it could put me out of everything till it recovers, so I'm just doing MMA and walking at the minute, and stopped the jogging for the time being

Mate, the guy across the road from me has just lost 10 stone, and a lad in our MMA camp has lost 7 stone, ridiculous amounts of weight to lose, I'll be happy with 5 lol. But aye mate, I feel really good, still a long way to go, but it's like night and day

My cousin got that wazza, he was 29 stone, lost a boat load of weight, and had to have numerous operations to cut off all the baggy skin, he's now got more scars than a stunt man

Cheers mush, I stopped smoking when I started my diet/training, went to the group and everything, but I couldn't do it. Spoke to my MMA coach, and he advised me to keep smoking , said making massive changes to your lifestyle, is very difficult, so concentrate on sticking with the diet and training, till I've lost the target weight, and diet/training is second nature, then stop smoking, so thats the plan mush, I still want to stop smoking, but I need to do it at the rite time, when I can put all my will power into it.
