Training with free weights help?
Good evening chaps,im just about to start doing a few weights at home as i cant afford to go to a gym,iv got free weights as in dumbells and a bar and a good selection of weights.iv also got a york? Machine (quite old but got it for free) and on it thats got a peck deck,a pull down bar and a T bar type thing that you pull up from waist to chest if that makes sense.i can take pics if my info is poor.
But what id like to know is what muscles (groups) i can train with the equipment iv got.i want to train equally so i dont get lets say bigger biceps than triceps ect
Any help is really appreciated

You can train every thing using your own body weight.
Take a look for a book called convict conditioning, It'll show you all the body weight exercises you'll ever need.
What are your goals at the end of this? tone up or massive bulk?
