Is this any good

Guys I am going to start training soon aand was wondering if this will be any good for gaining weight all these things say they are good but I am clueless

you only need to eat a good diet mate,google diets for mass building and see what you will need to eat then add suppliments

If your just starting your not going to need the massive ammount of calories thats going to provide, it will probably just make you fat as youll be in a state of huge calorific excess. Id supplement with simple whey/caesin protein and oats. As your training progresses and your struggling to get enough food in to feed growth then consider the weight gainer.
