as above i know its probably been asked a million times I've done a few searches but not found the answers i was after,

so I'm after a shake powder that will help with bulking and strength up not fussed about cutting at the minute just want to size first!

what you using, what gains you getting etc

i have been using Anabolic mass 2 with good results.

got everything in it.

If you're naturally skinny and are going balls out to put on mass, i would look at diet before supplements.

Basically eat everything and anything you can lay your hands on! 3000-4000 calories a day or more if you can.

Supplement wise, there are loads of weight gainers on the market. BSN True Mass is one that gets good reviews. I prefer a simple whey protein powder though but i only need to sniff a mars bar and i put on weight.

I use maximuscle from holland and barret. Mixed opinions on it but works for me
