that reminds me of some bloke at Combe this year who had a tin tin hair cut blond hair big upper body with skinny legs hanging out the bottom of his shorts with a dolly bird hanging off his arm .i never seen any thing so stupid in my life .

i know and train with some properly big guys but this is just ridiculous!! hes definitly not natural and is pumped up with a load of crap! his neck doesnt match his arms/shoulders and biceps dont look firm look like they are filled with fluid! what a cock!!! ever heard of traps mate??? you have none!!

how do u know though mate, he might have massive pec's and massive back who knows. I must admit it looks like greg valentino who i believe he's arm just blew up haha. But with a bit of hard work he's whole body could get just as big. I would love arms that big but its just not in my dna. Im getting there slowly though. The guy who i train with owns the gym and is training for a comp i think in march which helps

ive put a fair bit in a couple of mates arms for them in the past
if done right then it can look ok but its very easy to get hooked on it and go over the top
you will be suprised how many pro body builders use it as some mucles groups are very hard to gain size on

mate do u think if u inject a few cycles of roids then your body just gets bigger!! u have to put even more effort in to maximise the effects of your training. All my mates down the gym are on it, i think there's only two people including mysely who are natural and it is frustrating watching them grow faster when im doing the same training as them but they still work bloody hard
