Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day so i would say make time to have it as a chocolate bar is most definatly doing nothing for you.

Lunch is a bit easier, it could be as simple as a sandwich, a salad or last nights dinner but as with most things preperation is key. I make my lunch the night befour or make a load of pasta and just stick it in tubs.

Get a few scoops in a bowl with some milk an microwave it for a few minutes while you have a shave/get dressed or something

I'm lazy with lunch, end up buying a sandwich at the paper shop rather than making my own.

I have porridge at work every morning.

I get it in a pot with a foil lid from M&S. Just add boiling water and stir. Perfect porridge without the faff!
