My broken left arm is all sorted. (touches wood**!!)

I was over 16weeks in cast though, then another 4 or so in a brace thing.

Back lifting reasonable weight now, not far off where i was before, im deadlifting 240, benching 130 and squating 190. Clean and pressed 90kg on thursday past too, an exercise i'd never tried at all until a month ago so going to try focus on that a wee bit.

Legs aside, my left side is still weaker, shoulder pressing for ex. i always fail on my left side first, same with benching, right side has more to give but left doesn't which is frustrating.

Size wise, i wouldn't say my broken arm isn't noticably smaller anymore. Weight wise i'm 111kg at last check which i'm fine with. Ideally lose a wee bit towrads xmas but for now im concentrating on size and strength so eating like a bit of a horse.

that deadlift is unreal.i managed a 130 but done it with shit form and hurt my lower back.i usually only do about 90kg now to finish off my back work and i seem to get a good workout from it.

I have been working long hours and not had alot of time for forums or the gym tbh.

I'm back benching but things are going slowing. Partly because I am being a little precious and partly because I lost all strength from resting it for so long. I havent trained for a couple of weeks so expect to have slipped back a bit but my bench was back up to 100 Kgs (1 x 10 , 1 x 8 & 1 x 6). I now seem to tire very quickly but I will get it back. The couple of weeks I've just had off (story of my life) have given me the rest and enthusiasm I need to get back into it again.

Fortunately I've healed well and dont appear to have suffered any real deformation. I can tell there is a little pit now like I used to have when I first started out (arm down tensed, its by the armpit) but I very much doubt anyonwe else would even notice it.

No doubt I will go off the rails again soon but I I can guarantee I will be promising myself abs by the summer that never seem to happen. I've also lost about 15lbs of bulk.

Hows everyone elses training going?

So I'm not the only one who just gets over one and then another comes along?

Benni.

I'm always injured tbh. I just accept that as part of my age and the stresses I put myself through when its going well.
