Leg cramp
Been getting constant cramp in my right calf. Gets kinda sore when am at the gym....cross trainer, treadmill etc... Come home and it's fine but when am trying to sleep it's so tight. If I tense it the tiniest bit it cramps up in complete agony. Any ideas why it does this? What I can do to stop it? Don't get cramp anywhere else not even my other leg always my right

Stretch them before and after excersise, or every morning/evening too if you want.
Make sure you are taking in enough salt/potassium throughout the day and lots of water too.
Also watch out you aren't training too intense too often?

Potassium wise, the reccomended amount for a man is 4200mg a day, a banana has 340mg for example. Also found in potatoes, tomatoes, broccoli and loads more stuff.
Salt is something like 2000mg a day, i think? Whatever it is, it equates to about 1teaspoon of table salt, but obv you get salt in other things too so necking a teaspoon in the morning would probably be a bad idea
As long as you have a balanced diet it should be nothing to worry about though. Sounds like you're muscles are just tight/sore/shocked from being worked alot more than usual.
