I have a great local gym at home that is perfect for what I want but the trouble is I work away 75% of the year, the majority of this time involves stopping at Beckton, east london, can anyone recommend a gym around here? i can drive out thats not a problem. I dont fancy fitness first or the likes as I dont want to have to join the gym, just pay as you go (im a member back home at my local gym so cant really justify 2 memberships going out each month). At the moment I use the gym behind the asda (well, its a gymnastics centre really) but they dont really have much weight there and they have minimal machines too. Just after a spit and sawdust gym that I can train twice a week in without spending a fortune. Anyone know the area?

well, just got back from http://www.muscleworksgym.co.uk/ in bethnal green,only a fiver in and you dont have to join , ive never seen as much weight in a building, how it doesnt sink i'll never know! Had a good session, can see me using it alot.
