Before and during pics - weight loss
Right, i know a lot of people are wanting to lose weight, i still have 9lbs to go, but im very nearly there now, ive done it with Slimming World, who i am now a Consultant for. I honestly cant recommend it enough, we have loads of men in my group ( well about 9 ) but all of them have lost weight in a short space of time, so just dispels that myth that men dont " do " slimming classes.
Ive lost 3st 1lb to date...

Just goes to show, we can ALL lose weight, no matter how long it takes ( im prob the worlds worst slimmer, its taken me 4yrs and a few stops and starts )

on the telly last one of the girls from steps loseing for her wedding, major weight loss, sure it was somthing like 6 stone.. it can be done

what about that biggest loser on itv
that one blokes losing 8 pound a week
i dont think there is a set size you should be the only thing that matters is if your happy with yourself thats my excuse for not dieting anyway lol
and ive only just seen 3st 1lb thats amazing results!!!

I feel ive done extremely well to get this far, the last 9lbs is taking forever though
