how bad is my bad habit?
ok ive started skipping breakfast and lunch just having dinner
dinners are fresh veg with salmon or similar so not really any crap
the only thing im having during the day is 4 or 5 cups of black coffee and 2 litres of water
ive been doing this for 2 weeks now and feel fine after ive had my first coffee that is
i started off having a coffee every time i wanted to snack but now i dont want to snack i just want caffeine!!!!!!
so just how bad is this for me???

That's quite a lot of caffeine. Not exactly the best thing for a steady, healthy heart. I actually think of caffeine as a good thing, but only in quite small quantities. How strong is the coffee you're drinking? Certainly I know with guarana, which typically has at least twice the amount of caffeine per gram compared to coffee that you shouldn't consume more than maybe 3 grams a day. So maybe 6 or 7 grams of coffee maximum per day. Maybe swap one cup of coffee per day with a black tea, which has slightly less caffeine. Then swap two, three and see if that still holds ya.
