basically been gaining for a few months now, and put on half a stone naturally (i mean with no protein supplements etc) just eating well..
but i go on holiday in 2 months and want to gain the same again (half a stone) but this time i have some cash to get some supplements..
what would people advise me to buy to stack some more muscle fast..
thanks

why dont i have a clue mate?
if i just bulked i would gain loads of fat, if i did more reps, and do some cardio i wont gain as much fat..
im interested in the 'answer' i got but i asked what sups people recommend as i want to start taking them as theres only so much food you can put in your mouth in a day..

Really? I dont doubt it, but if thats the case, then why can people put on so much size, without really getting fat? At my weight, i doubt i need to worry too much about bulking anyway, but its nice to know.

To actually bulk up and get proper bigger you need to lower reps and more weight, like 8 repatitions, instead of say 10 - 12.
Thats how i have always known, could be wrong though.
By eating alot more you are bound to gain a bit more weight i reckon, its just how it goes when bulking up. That's why people bulk for say 8 weeks then cut for 8 weeks.
*EDIT* Just re read that and you said the same, you will gain fat if you want to bulk up loads. I would just stick to how you are and carry on with the hard work. It can't happen over night.

I'm somewhere between Ecto and Mesomorph, and no matter how much I eat I cannot put on anything other than muscle. So basically if I don't train, I don't gain anything at all. My body does respond well to training though.
Everyone's different, and you need to adapt your training to suit what's best for you, but one thing's for sure: low reps with the heaviest weight possible while still maintaining form builds muscle.
Here's a link for anyone interested in body types, and finding out what theirs is - http://www.forumextractor.com/post/1010360.html
Or you could always just google it...there are plenty of sites with that info.
