Did train about 3 months ago was eating fairly well!!
But was allways working late so gym went out of the window
But started again this friday
Trying to do 100-150 situps a day 100 pressups,and different reps of Dumbells.
Just waiting to get paid then can start at the gym again,Also going to carry on doing
ti boxing,again started months ago gave up because of work
So hopefully can keep at it

I was 11 stone
Now just over 10 so going up slowly
Cant wait to get back into going to the gym

Yep that is indeed me, perhaps I am famous without even knowing it! Thanks for the coments, felt like crap at that bodyfat % though!
Here's another.. Still shit qualiy though.
I devoted 2008 to getting lean as possible for a holiday at Venice Beach CA.. Have bulked up a bit again now as it's npt nice staying that lean.

Thanks, Arms just shy of 18" cold and just over pumped, waist about 28" chest 46" Quads about 25". Been training for 11 years. Weighed 90kgs (14 stone) in these photos.
Not very big really, I'm gentically very thin so I'll never be a collosus!

done a bit of training tonight on chest myself, then trained with lee R21, i actually feel dead lol
will carry on training with you if you need somebody mate, will take me a while to get used to training as hard as you i think lol bare with me though

Maria, i wouldn't worry about your size/shape too much to be fair, the beach shot is cracking
Here's me on holiday, i used to do weights years ago but couldnt get the diet sorted so didnt really grow much and gave up, now i could really do with getting fit and putting a bit of size on would be great, anyway this is my starting point

Taken this week, strength is coming up nicely, just need to drop some fat, diet is all good so just playing the waiting game now

I've dropped about 1.5 - 2 stones of fat since april (5'7" and 13.5+ stones), havent really moved down since end of july, as hurt my foot, which stopped me running and then other stuff came up so training went out of the window.
Foot sorted now, so went running again today and did weights tonight, currently at 11 stone 8lbs.
So far I'm impressed with myself, went from being a balloon (pictures at family gathering made me want to heave) to almost back to being as fit as I was when I lived in Canada but with more muscle overall. (had bigger arms in Canada as ripping apart cars, but otherwise was really really wirey ( <9.5 stones in weight when I got back from Canada in 2006, zero exercise and bad eating meant 4 stones piled on....not good)
Not an adonis by any means but no longer a walking heart attack victim.
Will find some shots....somewhere on the PC

I've put on about 8kg since i started training and sorting my diet out, definitely noticing a change in shape slightly but its nowhere near as much as i'd like to see, but we all know these things dont happen overnight

Well my shoulder is feeling a little better so I've started back on the weights. Taking it easier this time. Sorted myself a proper trainign program I'm sticking to, as I think I was trying to work too many different muscles in one day. I've lost nearly an inch on my biceps!
