Advice
Always include cardio in whatever body frame you want to make.No point eating like a horse and lifting weights like an elephant and can only walk from couch to kitchen and puffed out.cardio is essential and obviously if you want lean and cut you up the amount of cardio
Do weight mon,wed,fri and cardio on tue,thurs @ 30mins
