Default help and advice on midsection

Hi guys
Looking for some advice on the best exercises to reduce the size and shape on my belly.
Im not that fat but have a little bit of a love handle there, i have been back training after a 13 year lay off for about six months now. I eat healthy and dont eat a great deal of crap but my belly seems to be getting bigger as i train more a bit like a beer barrel from a side on view my belly is bigger than my chest lol.
my stomach muscles are solid and i do have a little bit showing through on the upper half of my stomach.
Im not sure if my posture helps as i have severe damage to my back and neck which you can visibly see on my upper back from a bike accident i had when i was 18 im now 40. I would say im a little hunched over so this does not help.
I also want to work the serratus area but not sure what to do here as i have done pullovers but this seems to make my stomach even prouder.
Any advice on how to tackle this would be great
Thanks in advance
Paul

Cut your carbs right down and only drink water each day.Do cardio when you first get up in morning for 40mins on Mon,Wed and Fri.Also try and go into calorie deficit mode i.e run less than 2000 cals per day and you will quickly see your stomach bloat go down
