Default What to do when on the move all the time

Pretty much since I had sinusitus, I've not been to the gym or done any martial arts (went to kickboxing for the second time last night in a while).

I've pretty much decided to take this time as a break and have a relax/sit down before really getting into the weight-loss/muscle-gain goals from the new year.

At the mo, I'm trying to work out what/when to eat (ok, I've only just started thinking about it :P ). I keep reading diets that involve many small meals a day (which makes sense), but the problem I'll have is actually trying to stop and have something.
I'm pretty much on the move from 8:20am (providing I don't go for a run) till 6pm (at the earliest). The only time I stop is for lunch, which is for 30mins. The rest of the day I'm constantly moving around, rarely have the time to stop for a snack or even a drink (which is pretty bad in itself).

Just wondering what to do if the only time I can actually eat/drink something is for 30mins in just under 10 hours ?

Eat as you go, I drive around alot and just have my sandwhiches on the passenger seat and eat as I go. Try it you`ll get used to it.
