what does creotine do? gym wise?
 
as some of you know, i am into gym work, just wondering, what does creotine actually do, you can get it avaliable in tablets, do you take it before of after doing weights? :top::top:

creatines good, i loaded up 4 days and i cudnt take whatiwas doing, fluctuuating temp as it felt like i had a flu/fever etc, saying that when i went to the gym after loading the previous weights i was using prior to the creatine felt LIGHT instantly doing more reps and heavier weights..awesome stuff but it didnt suit me, the mono powder i took, the other varients might do but i dont know..i have a full tub of creatine sitting in the cupboard doing nothing..

From wht I know it prolongs the build up in lactic acid, so that burning feeling that you get when working out doesn't kick in so quick, therefore your workouts are harder and longer, thus giving better results.

Stores water in your muscles, so drinking water is a must, and lots of it.
