weight gain diets
as above whats yours?? im all ne to this but im going fot
7.45 -
100g oats with milk, protein shake.
10.30 -
banana or apple or other fruit, large cake, yoghurt
1.00 -
100g chicken breast, 3 slices whole meal bread, protein shake
4.00 (pre workout) -
100g pasta or tin of tuna, 2 slice of whole meal bread, piece of fruit, jelly
7.30 (after workout) -
beef or simillar, potatoes vegetables etc, protein shake
pre bed -
100g oats
will this do me any good its a mixture of what i have researched over the net any help appreciated cheers also i will be working out 3 times a week monday,wednesday,friday
monday - biceps, shoulders
wednesday - triceps, chest
friday - biceps,triceps,chest,shoulder
all with abs
any good????

I would ensure that you get lean protein after your workout i.e chicken, tuna or maybe salmon and cut out the spuds.
I'd also reduce the bread intake and replace with vegetables.
I'd maybe have cottage cheese or peanut butter on crackers pre bed also.
Notice you are not working your legs or back? Since they are the biggest muscle groups then weight gain, in theory is, quickest if you work these groups.

Why would you have chicken and a protein shake in the same meal, just cook more chicken?!
