mate i was the same for years, got up to nr 28stone, i never thought id
ever do it, never been on a diet or excercised, took bad health, diabetes
and my doc saying you wont last past 50 if you dont..................

and i never looked back, i feel absoulutely great, and beleive me its
such a buzz..............

I know what you mean Matt, ive lost it put it back on 3 -4 times now. I kept it off for a couple of years last time and then my mate quit the gym and i did also... Now im up to about 23 - 24 stone yet again which is the biggest ive ever been. Im just trying to get motivated to shift it, need a gym partner as i know i wont keep it up on my own

Ive put 15lbs on in 12 days before.......not exactly natural though!!

If your worried about your weight then drop me a PM and ill work out a diet and training for you. Need stats though.... age, height, current weight, what weight you want to get to etc.

How have you tried to shift it in the past? Did you enjoy the experience?

How active are you? Could you increase you rate of activity doing something you enjoy?
I like RobS's walking the Dog idea, great excercise but fun, if you cant motivate yourself to get intensive then think of other ways of excercising that you'd enjoy. Lastly no one is going to do it for you, its tough and its difficult at times but, the only person that can look after you is YOU!

not being funny but get up out of the computer seat and go for a walk or something,i find if i sit at the computer i start eating snacks,thats usually at night and thats the worst time to eat supposedly.i walk my dog for miles every week,drink bottled water,cut right back on crisps,chocolate etc,i dont eat any ready meals type crap and i have put weight on recently,think its my new found liking for guiness,thats my downfall!good luck with getting motivated

mate im exactley the same im a bus driver and work between 12-15 hours a day 6 days a week, i weigh 26 and a bit stone and i just cant find the motivation to go to the gym to work out

i lost 6 and a half stone in a year on the atkins diet once before but put it back on over 3 years

are there ways for peeps to actually lose weight without having to goto the gym for 3 hours a night

my downfall is drinking too much redbull to keep me awake so i can work more hours
