Diet Advice
Here is my diet at the moment, just wanted some advice if I am eating and doing the right things. Im a fussy fucker when it comes to food and dont eat vegetables but just about manage to throw a raw carrot down my throat without gagging . I eat every 2/3 hours.
Breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal toast
Meal 2 - Protein Chocolate Bar or a Shake
Lunch - Some sort of meat, chicken, gammon, steak etc.. and a jacket potato
Meal 4 - Banana and a yoghurt
Dinner - More meat or some type of fish usually cod and boileld potatoes with a raw carrot or two
Meal 5 - Piece of fruit like an apple or maybe another banana
Meal 6 - Protein Shake
Any comments/suggestions would be good
