losing 2.5/3kg in 4 weeks....

Alright guys.

I need to lose 2/3kg in the nxt 4 weeks. Iv got a judo tourney and need to make the 90kg weight.

any tips?

Gym time is scarce at the mo as i do judo, wrestling, mma and thau boxing. only really can make gym mon, wed and maybe fri.

Is there a programe i should ideally follow or is it best on the rabbit food and lots of running??

i'd say lot's of water, no booze and minimize fat intake. drop the amount of calories you consume by a little bit and concentrate on long endurance work and you should see the weight you want. don't cut out too many calories though or you'll feel like shit come competition time. hth :top:

Also bear in mind when you are being weighed as your bodyweight fluctuates a lot. If youre being weighted a good number of hours prior consider dehydrating a bit.

A kilo a week isnt too hard to shift tho, so long as you dont need to keep it off.

i eat stir fry with crispy chilli beef, everyday, and have a single meal instead of breakfast and lunch, at around 11am.

works for me, lost 2.5 stone in just over 6 weeks.

my brother often had to loose horifficly large ammounts of weight for his wrestling tournements (proper wrestling like in the olympics, not WWE stylee) and would eat minimal fat, run as much as possible, and the day before the weigh in, pump himself full of laxitives. the day of the weigh in hed run with as much clothing on as pos, not drink and spit as much as possible.

then obviously take rehydration stuff, loads of water and a very small high energy/cal meal after the weigh in.

i asked my dad this and he said put on a campers backback, and fill it with stones (pad it out with foam so it doesnt hurt your back) and either run or walk up inclines (mountains)

and drink alot.
