God damn
I've been back in the gym now for at least 27 weeks.. been training hard 5 days a week, cut most of the fatty foods and hardly ever eat a take out unless I have to, cut drinking down now - only once every now and then.. But
Chocolate, Im craving it more?! Sound like a fucking pregnant women
Whats it all about, WHY! I'm never gonna lose my 'stomach' !
So, Anything out there that I can have, to compensate for chocolate? LOL
Such thing as 'fake chocolate' ????

I find that if i cut down on my drinking, maybe don't go out for 2 weeks, i crave chocolate like mad.
But if i've had a week where i've been out a couple of times i don't crave it at all, its mad

mate get yourself to a nutrition shop like holland and barrot and get urself some of these protein bars, they taste exactly like choclate but a bit more expensive.

best thing to do is detox off it, replace what u would usually eat with protein bars or simular as mostly its that something quick and easy to eat that you want.
after about 3-4 weeks you stop craving it all together, as any traces of it should of left your system by then
