Serious wrist pain

Serious wrist pain

Not trained for the best part of 6 months or more due to severe pain in my right wrist, just started again and its come straight back, its like a tendon pain on the back of my hand through my wrist, any advice?

i will difinitly go and see a physio before i t gets any worse mate if i was you

Sounds like tenosynouvitus.
I had it a few months back, horrible feeling. It will self repair but I dare say you'll never be able to life heavy objects, even though your arms, legs, back etc. can.

Sounds about right, I think it healed up over a few months, but I do a fairly physical manual job which seems to bring it back on now and again, what caused yours?
