Back In The Gym
Got on the scales today and oh shit have gone up to 18 stone, was 16 stone when l was on my hols 2 months ago
Used to cycle to work then l bought a Vespa so back on the push bike
Had a problem with my left leg, have losed felling in my leg, due to go to hospital in 2 weeks so hopefully they will sort it and will be able to get back on the tred mill
So back to a diet and going to the gym, l will weigh my self every week and report back my weight. Want to lose a stone this month if possible

good eating? sounds more like not eating lol you cant be eating properly/enough if you can shed that much weight in so little time...surely?
an 18st body shouldnt be made to function on the required intake of a 12 stone body for example

Some one who has went up 2 stone in such a short time, should quite easily be able to lose half a stone when they first start a diet and return to exercise. If you go from eating crap and doing nothing, to eating healthily and exercising like mad, 6-7 pounds in a week for the first couple of weeks is pretty easy, and then 3-4 for the next few weeks. Then it starts to get harder as the body gets used to the new routine.

Hi,
without going into detail the reccomended guidelines for weight loss are 1-2lbs/0.5-1kg per week. Reductions that are significantly greater can result in decreases in fitness, decrease muscle mass and compromise your intake of nutrients. These were put foward by the American College of Sports Medicine, American Dietetic Association and Dietitians of Canada, and the guidelines are accepted by most to be the most relevant and aceptable to date.
Therefore goodluck, but steady, consistant weightloss is the most important thing, greater focus on healthy eating rather than the scales is the kind of mentality you want

christ theres loads of different options
Basically all the foods on the lists i have are free food, which we are allowed as much as we like of
All fruit and veg
Salads etc etc
All lean meats
Pasta
i cant remember whats on there, and i aint got list at work with me.
Basically i make meals with foods from the list like spag bol, as long as i start from scratch with indregients and not out of a jar for the sauce.
