Eating before gym
Find it hard to eat before as work most the times till 6 pm and its not that easy to get food down me, I try and have some cerial and a bannana as im out the door which is about 3/4 hour before I train.
half way through my second exersise I hit a brick wall with energy. a guy at the gym said about quick and slow carbs but couldnt take it all in, so what can i do to try and eat (time before training and types of food) Cheers. |
