Hi Stu
thanks for the kind words
due to circumstances i have not been able to train and still cannot get the time to do so ( i know this is the lamest excuse used)
However i have a small window now to start again
It is only going to be once a week at mo but im hoping to be able to increase this over the next month of so to maybe 3 sessions.
I am really looking forward to getting a pump again but really nervous of not overdoing it and the pain in the next few days lol
Im going to go real slow as for the last 6 of the 10 yrs my job has entailed me sitting on my arse every day
This has not helped with my condition i have been getting hassle with my joints
So it is going to be go very slow and light and enjoy
I will let you know how i feel tomorrow
Cheers

Well went back enjoyed i must say. The mad bit about it is how much weight i thought i could still lift in my head.
I knew i had to take it easy and did but i thought i would be able to lift a bit more.
It is amazing how much strength you loose over time, but at least i have got the ball rolling again which was great
Felt a bit sick and shakiy coming back out from the gym but felt ok about an hour or so later.
Looking forward to going this week now and try and push a little harder
Cheers

did you eat/drink alot before you went to the gym? as that'll make you feel sick. just remember to take things slow and keep at it, you wont see results right away but give it 6months to a year and you'll start noticing some differances

hi mate
Thanks I did eat and drink about 2- 2.5 before going.
Just had bottle of water in there
I think it was more of a shock to the system than anything as i literally have not done anything in 10 yrs
Looking forward to this week now and see how i get on
Thanks
