Safflower Oil
Need to put on weight and bulk up, would any of you guys recommend anything like ''Safflower Seed Oil''
Im already drinking 2 raw eggs & 2 protien shakes a day.

Just keep eating mate...
I'm now on Porridge for breakfast, 2 large chicken rolls at 11, 2 at 1pm with other stuff for lunch, protein shake, creatine, and then a huge dinner in the evening.

i have 40g of protein every 2 hours
breakfast= 9 weetabix 6 egg whites made into scrabbled egg and a banana at about 8ish in the morn
10am ish= smash potatoes and a full tin of tuna and protein shake
12ish= rice and a full chicken and eat through the day rite up2 another shake before training then 1 after training
6pm could be owt for tea jst depends wot my grandma cooks me but i eat alot and then a protein shake b4 bed
