you don't really seem to need to diet. Saw you at Ford Fair & you seemed slim anyway.
If you're going to a gym then the best thing for toning up is using lighter weights & more reps, also cardio work outs will help as well i.e. running, rowing, cross trainers, bikes etc etc.
Don't over do it all & if you are still on a diet make sure you body is still getting enough calories

Prob good to do classes as i think women get bored with just sitting in a bike/crosstrainer for an hour or so..
try one of the bodybump/boxersize classes, get fit..tone up and meet new people..GGGrreeat
